2. Products
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or packaging may occur due to manufacturing updates or screen settings.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Rootesa reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Orders
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Rootesa reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or inaccurate information.
5. Payment

Net Banking
Other supported online payment methods
Customers choosing Prepaid Payment will receive a 5% discount on eligible orders.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Return & Refund
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or refund:
A complete unboxing video is mandatory.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
Without a valid unboxing video, return or refund requests may be declined.
After inspection and approval, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another suitable method.
8. Warranty
This product includes a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Accidental damage
Water damage caused by misuse
Improper handling
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by unauthorised repairs
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, graphics, text, and branding, belongs to Rootesa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rootesa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
